As far as McDonald's goes, this is one of the best. The food is way above par and not many issues with not getting what you order. Not to mention the manager is really good and super friendly.
I just love eating raw/pink double quarter pound with cheese sandwich. Absolutely horrible. Got to window and guy handed me a soda that wasn't mine. Handed me my burgers with no Fry's. Handed me the wrong fry's. then I start eating and find pink meat. Not very safe.
I'm also impressed that they use hundreds of local farmers and producers to make their food, which (while I'd hardly call most of it diet fare) actually resembles the animals and vegetables described on the menu and tastes pretty good.
Most important, their coffee is AMAZING. If you like Starbucks it won't be your thing, but to me and many others who seem to go the there just for a hot drink, it's delicious, savory and fragrant, good with everything.
Quality of good has gone down do much. Plus they are constantly changing the "value menu" (2/$5) and what they have on there now isn't exactly worth it. But they do still offer the "any size soft drink for $1" deal which is pretty good.
the employee dumped ice on us and laughed about it....still 1 star ...should be zero ...a kid that was in his pajamas took my order then told me he wasnt working after taking my order ...manager asked what he was doing , he said making a hot chocolate, manager said you shouldnt be nack here we dont need this guy calling corporate, then the added onions after i told them im anaphylaxis to onions ...i brought it back and the male manager avoided me .
They're training new people who frankly aren't catching on fast, but most of the staff is very fast and helpful and you can count on help with your tray, condiments, seating preferences, and order choice if needed. I've gone there while disabled at various physical levels and have been accommodated with kindness and patience.
