Most of the employees are knowledgeable about some stuff, but more often than not I'm greeted with a blank stare when I ask where I can find something. The prices are far from competitive, the only reason I can find to shop here is when I need something ASAP and don't have time to go to a real hardware store. My advice would be that if you need more than two items, drive to Appleton. You'll save enough money to pay for the gas to drive there, and you'll find a better selection. Plus, the hardware stores in Appleton are open later than 1pm on Sundays.

Has most things you forget from the larger retail chains. Very quick, in and out in no time.
Great local hardware store. Very helpful. Okay prices. They always have what I need. It is really full-a lot of things for sale with out much room. It would be difficult for a person in a wheelchair to get around.
Disappointed in the Power Center side, I waited 15 minutes for help while two men behind the counter talked and occasionally looked back at me but never acknowledged me, finally I left and went to the Appleton store and was helped by someone right away, very friendly and helpful in Appleton.
