The most excellent care you get when you want to lose weight and have a trainer that knows your goals I have lost over 60+ lbs with these trainers and I need to lose 60 lbs more I started this past April and I'm off of insulin Ongliza and Glyburide reduce in half of my blood pressure medication you have to want to get better life style they are always willing to help you reach your goals these people care if I can do this you can do it set your minds to get healthy for your family or your kids just try it great people and support to obtain your goals

First time I've been a member of a gym where I feel welcomed and encouraged to live a healthy lifestyle. Staff always greets me by name. Takes the time to learn your name and converse. In addition to the gym, pool, fitness rooms for classes, LPSF has a drink bar for nourishment and hydration as well as an area separate from the workout areas to congregate and socialize, tanning bed, massage room, private workout area and tennis courts. I have been more than pleased with my membership and I am now regularly there at least 5 times a week.
