Their in patient and outpatient treatment is good don't get me wrong. But you better hope your disorder does not affect your memory. Or you get the boot from a Dr you have seen for five years and trusted because you can't keep your appointments straight between your memory and what you write down. They call you two to three even four days out for your reminders. I can't remember what happens yesterday some days. Real compassionate health care.
My 24 year old son who is autistic and has special needs has been under the care of an amazing doctor there. I have to be honest, they're flexible, understanding, compassionate and quite good at what they do.
The staff was generally very helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure my experience there was a positive one.
I have experienced nothing but caring and loving staff at ThedaCare Behavioral Health. They go above and beyond to help you improve your health and emotional status. Not all doctors, counselors, and therapists are compatible with everyone. Don't be afraid to ask for a different one if you aren't satisfied with one. They understand.
I had a wonderful Dr. for at least a year who joined Theda care. I followed to keep him.
