I was here for fish night and for several friendly dinners, as well as nights out. The food was always good if unremarkable, heated to the right temperature and seasoned adequately. The staff was friendly and the ambience was congenial and conducive to loud talkand good times, though the furniture was not--rock hard chairs and booths in which the thin padding was worn flat. It had a scruffy, dingy feel when you came at off hours for food or drink, and you felt spotlighted if you stopped in for dinner alone, but most places are the same that way. All in all, a decent place to eat and have a beer or cocktail.

Food was ok, but service was tepid at best. 40 minutes for food to arrive, and never were asked if all was ok or if we needed anything else. Will not be back.
